Miss Malaysia Gabriella Robinson was chosen “Miss Charity Queen” by a panel of judges during the Charity Auction Dinner held during the official visit of the contestants to the State of Penang, located on the northwest coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The runner-ups were Sri Lanka (Ornella Gunasekera), Romania (Andrada Filundra), Ukraine (Eugenya Prokopenko) and Estonia (Sandra Daskova).
Saturday afternoon was a very special event for those at the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, as the 56 beauties competing for the title of Miss Tourism International 2011 presented themselves during the Miss Sunway Charm competition. The delegates paraded in casual wear and evening gowns, and they impressed the attendants with a selection of Christmas carols sang by themselves.
At the conclusion of the event, the judges chose Miss Tourism Singapore Amanda Leong as the winner. She is now the recipient of the second special award, being the first Miss Charity Queen won by Miss Tourism Malaysia Gabriella Robinson. GB Photos/Ed Dominguez
Miss Tourism Philippines, Diana Sunshine Rademann, was elected Miss Spec Personality by a panel of judges during a special competition held at the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall on December 17th. Diana, who comes from Puerto Princesa, was the 1st runner-up in the Mutya Ng Pilipinas competition earlier this year and replaced original winner Vickie Rushton who could not compete due to a family emergency.

Miss Czech Republic Jana Kopecka was chosen Miss Lumix Photogenic by attendants to the exclusive Panasonic Lumix GX1 launch held at the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa in Kuala Lumpur. Five finalists were chosen in this event: Czech Republic (Jana Kopecka), Thailand (Patsaraporn Khonkhamhaeng), China (Zhu Zhu), Belarus (Anastasiya Kharanava) and Malaysia (Gabriella Robinson). Miss Tourism Singapore Amanda Leong won her second award after being chosen “Miss Overtime Fresh Face” during the inauguration of an Overtime bistro in Kuala Lumpur. After parading in casual wear and cocktail dresses in a specially made red carpet, the contestants eagerly waited the judges’ decision.
